Imagine a yoga class where you are in completely-supported poses and all you have to do is breathe and relax. Release the stress of the holidays with a restorative yoga class. Davina is an amazing certified teacher of the B.K.S Iyengar yoga, a practice of yoga that strives to bring balance to the body and peace to the mind. Everyone is welcome, yoga mat and large towel required.
